Mr. Rice is a Magna Cum Laude graduate of Brevard College with an Associate in Science Degree in Biology.
He then entered the University of Florida Physician’s Assistant Program where he graduated with honors with a Bachelor of Health Science Degree. He then obtained his Masters of Physician Assistant studies through the University of Nebraska.
Mr. Rice initially worked as a Physician’s Assistant in General Orthopaedics for three years. He then went on to work in Family Practice for four years, finally returning back to Orthopaedics and specializing in the spine with Dr. Michael J. Broom.
Mr. Rice is currently active in the American Academy and Florida Academy of Physician’s Assistants, and works as a volunteer for the Shepard’s Hope Clinic. He is board certified as a Physician’s Assistant and a Fellow of the American Academy and Florida Academy of Physician’s Assistants.
